I actually contacted Apple support earlier. After for talking for almost an hour, unfortunately, this issue has not been resolved. The rep even did a remote screen share to my phone. He's been dictating me on what to do and which one to tap. Still, not resolved.
This is an issue that needs to be addressed by the dev teams. The rep who I talked to clearly understands the problem. I just wanted to move the pin to my actual location when setting the location-based Focus automation because the pin is very far from my actual location.

My old Samsung could easily use a GPS pin to set a location for its "routines"
But you have to enter an address to use location as a focus schedule. If I enter my work address, the map pin it shows is a long way from my physical location at work, so the phone will not pick up that I'm at work. There are no searchable addresses at my physical workplace location. I have location services turned on.
