My husbands phone says iPhone Unavailable. Then, tells me to go to this Apple support link. It say the Apple password is incorrect. He’s in rehab. He doesn’t remember it. How do I either get into the phone or completely reset the phone.

If you forgot your passcode, you will need a computer to reset it. If you don’t have one, borrow one from a friend.

Is he able to go to the Apple Store? I take it he's not. So, see if Apple is up to having you to go into it, yourself, as a family member.
