What version of FCP and macOS? What exactly happens? Post screenshots. If you mean that you don’t see the parameters for them in the Inspector, move your cursor near the word Transform and then click the word “Show”; similarly for the others.
If it is something else, please explain.
Note that these are only available for the clips in the timeline, not the browser.
Probably because you haven't selected the icon arrowed in the Inspector.
