Making calls by accident when ending a call when the caller hangs up before you.

Please can you amend a little bug that must be recently introduced because it didn't used to happen but now it does, all the time. If you initiate a call from your 'Recents' list, if the person you called ends the call before you do but you were also just about to press the end button... You then accidentally press a random 'Recent' caller, usually your boss or someone you don't actually want to call. Then there is panic as you try to end the call hoping it didn't actually connect and show as a missed call on their end.

This is quite important, I'm sure many others have encountered this problem and have then gotten into converstations they wish they hadn't because of it. I did do a search on the forum about this but nothing specific came up.
