I have my keyboard and mouse connected via bluetooth to my macbook. However, when I connect my speakers via bluetooth they stutter. Looking online, this seems to have been a problem for years. Has anybody found a way to fix it?

Most likely this "stuttering" is due to wireless interference for the Bluetooth signal ... especially since you have other wireless Bluetooth devices nearby.
The "fix" would be to use a wired keyboard / mouse combo, if you want to use Bluetooth speakers simultaneously with your Mac.
Actually, having a wired keyboard & mouse, will come in handy should you need to troubleshoot your Mac in the future. At least, with having them, you can verify that by using them, this issue goes away.
That seems to have worked thanks! Ridiculous that I cannot have three things on Bluetooth at the same time.
