iMessage broke my bank account

iPhone sended 109 messages trying to connect with FaceTime and iMessage.

Phone asked me if I want to connect iMessage and I answered yes ONCE, after it iPhone continues sending request for connection without any further informing. Network provider charged for system SMS messages used to activate

FaceTime and iMessage me during 2 months. In total it comes out over 30€, it’s very big amount of money for me…

I kindly asked for the refund of all system messages that was sent during this period and was rejected by network provider.

SMS messages are used to activate facetime and iMessage. If you are using an unsupported carrier, you may be charged for those messages. That’s made clear up front. If you’re using an unsupported carrier and don’t have a plan that allows for free international SMS messages, your best course of action is to disable facetime and iMessage entirely until you can switch to a supported carrier.

Supported carriers will not charge for those messages. If you are using a supported carrier, contact them and make sure your account is properly provisioned for an iPhone.
