Macbook m1 with MacOS Sonoma 14.5 Lagging while on lock screen

MacOS Sonoma 14.5 Lagging while on lock screen, this didn't happen before I updated to this version of macOS. Previously everything was working fine with no issues, but now it seems to have issues with battery life and the animation/logging in takes longer than usual, like 15-20 seconds, which wasn't an issue on the previous version of macOS.

Please help me fix this, since is such a bad user experience. It seems like when the pc is plugged into the wall, this issue doesn't happen anymore, even though I'd have to test it out a little bit more.

For one " MacOS Sonoma 14.5 " and update to current Sonoma 14.6.1

Keep your Mac up to date

Apple security releases

Always make a Time Machine Backup  before doing any upDates

Be sure to reboot the computer several times after the update

As for Not Plugged in versus Plugged IN

Is it possible there are many background processes and Applications running which are consuming Computer Processing Power ?
