Persistent horizontal lines appear on iMac screen

I'm unable to respond to add my experience to this thread: Persistent horizontal lines appear on iMa… - Apple Community so I am chiming in here.

I too am now suffering from the unexpected display issue with flickering horizontal lines appearing on my 2021 iMac, and it seems that many users have recently had this similar experience.

Is Apple going to honor the problem and offer us free repairs or replacements? Any movement on this issue?

iMac 24″, macOS 14.6

This is Apple (User to User) forum. It is only moderated by Apple.

Apple support and Apple employees do not participate here.

The issue is not on Apple's Extended Service Program list at this time.

All you can do is send Apple feedback:

Remember, it is difficult to judge the actual extent of an issue from online complaints. People who don't have the issue don't post.
