Carrier change -no phone capabilities

I messaged my sister , ask her to call me , then was able to call her back . Every other call I try goes to a call failed /retry screen . I

Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings <—————————RESET

If you see SOS, No Service, or Searching on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support



Talk to your Carrier if you have cellular issue.


physical SIM


Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPhone - Apple Support remove it re-insert it.

If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad

If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
