Posting photos to iCloud after editing in Snapseed

I have just upgraded to iphone 13, with the old iphone 11 I edited photos with Snapseed, it was hit and miss as often Snapseed would send the unedited photo through despite the "allow" permission and it would be going to "manage your Google account method I would finally get the photos, or not.

This new iphone 13 is superb, really happy with it, but the same problem; in Icloud are you meant to delete all previous photos? Because all I get are 4 of the previously edited photos, which I delete, and sometimes the new photo appears, but mostly it is unedited? I am not a technical expert, but have had Snapseed for about 5 yrs and always use iphone. Would be so grateful if someone can tell me what I am doing wrong. I did remove the toggle on my camera which keeps taking "live" photos, really thought that would work, but no, Snapseed has just sent to iCloud the unedited photo again,.

Kind regards

Molly
