Why cant i pay for icloud+ with applepay

Im trying to pay for icloud+ with apple pay but it always give me update your payment method and only option that work is pay with my phone provider and i dont want to use that way. Im really desperate. Please if you know what to do i would be greatful.

iPhone 12, iOS 17

Nope just couple of months brand new working with everything even apps but not with iCloud+
