recently purchased. Not in love with it. No issues but it is not what I thought it would be. Lack of ports is the issue. Didn't realize how often I connect and change devices. For simplicity have reverted to 2019 Macbook. Can I return this? I have had it for 4 days. If so where does the process start?

Depends where you bought it. Apple usually has a 14 day return policy.

Good Job! Glad all has been resolved and it does sound like the MacBook Pro is the right one for you.
thanks to all that have responded... was able to contact apple via chat and even though the automated return page said "the window has closed" the apple rep took care of the issue and issued a call tag for the item.
Will be going for the MacBook Pro and not the MacBook Air... didn't think the lack of ports was that important until you don't have them.
the unit is on it's way back to apple.
Is it possible to exchange my MacBook Air for a different model?
