Query re iPhone 11

Hi everyone, my iphone says I have 20% battery. Is it worth getting a new battery or a new phone? (I would prefer the former but lots of people have said it doesn't work)

Tap Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity


If the Maximum Capacity is less than 80%, the battery needs to be replaced. A new battery will give you another 3-4 years of service for about $100 U.S.


Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.....no appointment needed. You can find a list of authorized service shops in your area using this link:
