Original Music and Previous Loaded Songs Not Playing in Apple Music App

1) I have hundreds of songs that I purchased previously through the iTunes Store under a previous email that will not work because I changed service providers and no longer have that email address (though I tried using it as a log in and still know my password I used for iTunes years ago. Needless to say I cannot play those tunes.

2) I have original music that I added to the iTunes App before it was split into pieces and they won't play -- even though they show up in the song list.

3) I added hundreds of songs from CDs that I purchased to iTunes and they won't play.

4) I have sound effects, drops, liners and radio stingers and none of them will play.

5) I even subscribe to Apple Music and can't even play some songs that I know are on the store.

What gives?! I notice there are many posts about this problem and no replies from anyone at Apple.

It's my computer, I own the music and sound clips mentioned above, so why is Apple blocking me from playing them through the Music App?!

What am I paying $11 monthly for?!

What am I paying for extra iCloud storage for?!

As one of the original "Apple Evangelists" dating back to the late 1980s I am very disappointed in what Apple has become.

Is there anyone listening? Anyone monitoring these community posts? Hello?
