Yesterday afternoon my son created an Apple ID account and my son shared the account with 2 of his friends. And today my son's account has been locked. Is there any way I can contact the Apple team and ask for my child' Apple ID to be unlocked? I will advise my son to better secure his account by not sharing his account with others. How old is your son? If he is under 13, you should be creating his account. Even if he's over 13, as long as he's under 18, you can put restrictions on the account. That may help going forward.

Try signing into his account at apple.com. Usually when you log into a locked Apple ID, you are given the option right then and there to unlock it by providing some security info.
