I have a series 4 Apple Watch. My watch updated last night to the 10.6.1 version. Now the watch is vibrating every few seconds for no apparent reason. Anybody experiencing the same?

Have you done a forced restart? It generally will stop undesirable operation. It’s more than just turning the Watch off and back on. So, if you’re unfamiliar with the procedure, please review the information in the Apple Support article I linked below.
