Is MacBook Air 2 warranty global?

You may find some repairs may not be available in all regions due to some parts like the Top Case/Keyboard Assembly being highly localized to various regions. Best case scenario it will take weeks or months to receive a regionalized part, worse case that particular part is not available at all in a different region.

Most other parts in the laptop should be region agnostic.

Keep in mind that in some regions there may be no local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP). You may need to go to a completely different country to find the nearest AASP.

Warranty being Global:

No. The warranty is not global. In fact, some countries don't even permit the warranty. On top of that, limitations to features of it, vary between countries. See the locations listed here Legal - AppleCare Protection Plan - Apple

If you purchase a Mac in the US then the following AppleCare warranty will apply to it:

I realize that is not as simple an answer as you may seek, but each country has its own unique consumer laws. Macs purchased in the US will conform to US law, wherever you happen to reside.
