Unable to input correct address

I’m pretty frustrated. When using Apple Pay I am unable to input my proper address (I live on 7th st. The the only format that it will accept is “Seventh St.)


the postal service in the area that I live is pretty incompetent and I’ve had packages returned because of this convenient little fluke with apple. I can’t comprehend how when most cities in America have streets that are numbered apple thinks that it is a good idea to not be able to enter addresses as they should be? Does anyone know any way around this? Or am I just no longer able to trust using Apple Pay for online purchases which are invaluable when you live in a small mountain town.

Can you please condense the challenges you’re facing? I think the answer is >>postal service in the area that I live is pretty incompetent<<. To the best of my knowledge, addresses Apple Pay uses are checked vs USPS official addresses.


If you’re experiencing something different can you provide more details as to are they online purchases or what? I want try to track down the source of the wrong formatted address . 😀
