Okay, email will not load on iPhone 15Pro. When I go into the Gmail settings, it says storage is full, 15G, but I share an iCloud storage with my husband, 200GB, and it says we have only used 123GB. What's the problem?

That sound like your gmail account is full and not related to icloud.
Delete emails and empty out your trash folders.
