pages app connected to different account

Good afternoon, all-

I could use a little help here, though I think I may know the only solution at this point. We have an office laptop that was used by our previous office administrator who is no longer with us. We deleted her user account and added a new account for our new administrator. The laptop has pages, keynote and numbers on it, but now when we attempt to update those apps, it asks for the PREVIOUS administrators login credentials. Obviously we do not have those and won't try to get them.

So...do I need to delete the current versions of the app and download again from the app store?
