I was on this website and a message popped up that my phone has been hacked and I went to the App Store to get the tracking thing it recommends but it wouldn’t let me scan without paying…nothing seems wrong with my phone so does it mean it has been hacked in any way shape or form ??? Please respond I’m freaking out

All such messages are scams presented by criminals. Never download anything based on such messages. Delete the bogus app and then avoid sites that are involved in such bogus advertising tactics.
