How do I enable cookies in Safari on my iPad Air?

I'm trying to log into an app via Google and it says I need to enable Cookies but I don't have any option to do that in the Safari settings.

When I try to log in using Facebook it says an unknown error has occurred.can someone help me?

Cookies are enabled by default, so if you disabled them, reenable them. To do that begin with these instructions: Clear the history, cache, and cookies from Safari on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

Under Block cookies, turn that setting off.

If they are already on then cookies aren't the reason those websites aren't working. Follow these instructions: If Safari isn't loading websites or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.

After exhausting all those suggestions, contact Google and Meta (Facebook) for help.
