I left my Apple Watch somewhere without a passcode, and I don't want anyone to be able to look through my old messages or content on it. I used my phone to remove the watch from my Apple ID. Does that mean ALL the content (from BEFORE) will be completely erased on the watch?

No passcode? Yikes! I believe the Apple Watch’s content remains intact. And having removed this Apple Watch from your Apple ID means you no longer own the Apple Watch.

Unless your watch connects to a network, it will not be able to receive the command you sent it.
Unfortunately, whoever finds it will likely have access to anything you had on it.
