i got my iphone on the ends of march it has done 142 charging cycles and it has went down to 99% of my battery health , is that okay and normal ??

That’s fabulous. A battery that meets Apple’s minimum requirements will lose about 1% for every 25 charge cycles. So if your battery just met specs it would be at 94% now.
