I deleted my Apple ID which was connected to my e-mail. Will be possible to use same e-mail for registration of brand new Apple ID ? If yes then how much time must pass to make this possible? After deleting Apple ID my email still not available for new Apple ID registration.

No, you can only use an email address for an Apple ID once.
