Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad - US English Home, End, Page up, Page down keys. How to use?

Hello, I am trying to use my home and end keys on my new Magic Keyboard with Numeric Keypad - US English

and they do not seem to work. Is there a way to fix this? I am aware of the "MAC way" to do the same but honestly I really just want the home and end keys to work like they do on a (punches self in face before saying) PC keyboard. Please help as I am a first responder and this would really help me chart!!Also is it possible to do these functions on the IPAD? IPHONE?
