Screen acting weird for my iPhone 14

My device is iPhone 14 .

There has been no physical damage, no drop, no water, nothing at all. The phone was used normally and out of the blue, i see this on the screen. as a apple user I don’t expect this kind of things. And this issue is getting more and more in the apple users.

and to even fix that I need to spend a lot of money.

Please this is a very massive problem for me as a student.
