For starters, Battery Health is relative to when your iPhone was new, a newer iPhone will result in higher battery health. Batteries of iPhone 14 models and earlier are designed to retain 80 percent of their original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles under ideal conditions.
The iPhones are also average to drop 1% battery health per month, sometimes more or less. So with your 10 months of usage, this is pretty normal, at 89%. When your battery reaches 80% or below, get it replaced.
What I can suggest is you always update to the latest iOS software to preserve battery health, as you are on iOS 16 right now, with the current being iOS 17.6.1.
