How can I use Apple Pay services in stores and online stores?

You may my confusing two different Apple services. One is Apple Cash, a prepaid debit card and the other is Apple Account, sometimes referred to as Apple ID Account because it’s associated with your Apple ID.

Apple Cash can be used online and in merchants that accept Visa cards, and Apple Pay/Tap-To-Pay. Apple Account is used at Apple.com/store, Apple App Store, iTunes and Apple Retail Stores. It is used for the purchase of Apple products and services.
