Seeking Apple Recommended [ergonomic] viewing distance for Apple Studio Display and Pro Display XDR

Hi everyone,

A while back I stumbled upon an official Apple [Ergonomics] webpage advising the Recommended viewing distances, height adjsutments etc.

I'm now wondering if anyone else has stumbled upon it and might be able to provide the link, so I can get back to it.

The displays are obviously 27'' and 32'' respectivley. Unless there's a general formula to work it out regardles of screen size?
