My iphone 15 pro max still not shipping after 3 days

Hi everyone. It’s my first time posting here. I just buy a new iphone.

I upgraded my iphone from 7 to 15 pro max. i order it last monday and to this morning, my order still hasn’t shipped yet. Why is it delay of shipping? It’s been almost a year since iphone 15 is released. Do i need to contact the apple service or it’s fine?
