Change AppleCare+ payment methods without changing my payment method for other Apple purchases

I currently have my AppleCare+ subscription for my phone I use at work being charged to my personal account because I couldn't figure out how to have that subscription only go to my company credit card. Is there a way to select a specific charge card for a specific line item? It seems like right now if I tried to change the payment method to my company credit card then everything on my account would also go there.
