How do I create an Apple Pay account for my Business in Europe?

Some of my contractors have started billing me with Apple Pay. I just set up my own one-person publishing house and would like to be able to do that as well, billing purchasers of my book. How would I go about setting up such an account? Can I bill to and receive payment from customers in Europe as well?

Apple Pay doesn’t have a billing provision. The company that handles your credit card processing will be able to offer you Apple Pay. If the processing service offers an invoicing option, you’ll be able to setup a multitude of billing options for your customers.

I own a small business and in the past I used PayPal for my merchant services, but about 2 years ago I switched to Square. I can accept Apple Pay right on my iPhone. My client taps his card on the front of my iPhone and the charge is processed through Apple Pay. Funds are deposited into my merchant account in about 15 minutes or less.
