Can’t send media through iMessage on ANY WiFi network.

I read some threads on this already with no solution given, so hopefully there’s something now in 2024.

I have the iPhone 13 Pro and the most recent version of iOS. Everything is updated.

I am getting extremely frustrated with Apple, as every single time I try to send a picture or video on iMessage over WiFi, it doesn’t send. It gets stuck at about 95% and then I get an error message that it was not sent. Sending media with my data works just fine, but I’m not trying to run out of that so quickly. It doesn’t matter which WiFi network I am on; I’ve tried multiple of them and even in different countries. I hope a fix is provided by Apple, but in the meantime, is anyone else facing this same issue? And have you found a solution?

I’ve already tried deleting media already sent, but if the issue was storage, I wouldn’t be able to send media with my data either.
