Apple account keeps locking out every day

For the last several months, my Apple account gets locked out daily. I have no idea why or what's causing it and contacting Apple hasn't yielded many results. I've reset my password several times but literally every day I go to log in, it tells me my account has been locked out again.

Is there a way to see everywhere that I'm signed in and what could be causing the lockout? Anyone have any other suggestions? I don't always need to log into my apple account every day but it's becoming a PITA to have to do this every single time I log in for something.

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 14.6

Use the information in this document to check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in --> Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support

- Learn which devices appear in your Apple ID device list, how to find your device's details (including if it's a trusted device), and how to remove a device.

- Special section at the end on how to "Permanently remove a device from your account page"

It may be somebody is trying to log in and doesn't know your password. They keep on guessing and you get locked out. The only way I know of dealing with this is to change your email address you use for your Apple ID.

I'll change it to a random email again and see if it happens then too.

The fact that it's happening at such a consistent schedule (daily) makes me think there's some device out there that's trying to sign in once a day and causing the lockout. But since it was still happening after I changed my apple ID once, I don't think that would be the case. The Apple ID I already changed it to is something that's not common either so I'm not sure what could be the cause here. Seems weird that Apple support isn't able to pinpoint a source of the lockout
