I can’t recieve notifications from any app

I got an Iphone 12 from my sister’s friend. It was not new and i’m not sure for how long she’s been using it,but i can’t recieve notifications from apps like instagram,snapchat,tiktok,YouTube, and whatsapp. It’s been bothering me alot especially since my parents always try to call me on whatsapp but i never get their calls. I have tried everything,i checked the notifications settings, i tried deleting and redownloading the apps again, i turned off the dnd focus and i updated the phone but nothing. I really need help with fixing this so if anyone has a solution please let me know, i feel like i tried everything and im really desperate to fix this problem. Thank you.
