I cannot add my son's clipper card to Apple Wallet

I am not able to add youth clipper card to my son’s apple watch SE. We live in San Francisco bay area

Tim Horton's app not transferring Rewards Card to Apple Wallet Since Tim Horton's updated their app I had removed my Tim Hortons reward card from apple wallet. I had changed my rewards card to scan and pay which changes the QR code within the app and wanted to add that to apple wallet. However it fails everytime I click the 'Add to Apple Wallet' button. I removed the scan & pay to make it just scan for rewards. Again, the 'Add to Apple Wallet' button fails. How do I add this card to apple wallet so I scan via Apple Watch again?

Card does not add to apple watch. Hello guys. So today i got a really good deal and i upgraded my SE to a Series 7. iOS automatically made 1:1 to my new watch as the old was, but it didnt add the card that was in the SE wallet. Now when i try to add the card (on the phone Watch app or on the watch itself its the same) i see the terms and conditions not as text, but as a bunch of <?> symbols and when i click agree it says "Card Not Added" after a brief loading. Its active both on my iPhone and the SE, but wont go on the S7... anyone know why this happens?

How old is your son? Apple Pay requires at least 13 years of age in order to add a credit/debit card. This might be preventing the loading of a card to a device with his Apple ID.
