I have bought my iphone15 on Feb and today(Aug) 6months old, I checked the battery health and it is reduced to 99% not an harsh use, I have cycle count of 144, Can you please help me here whether it is normal?

Normally, the Battery Health will decline about 1% for every 25 charge cycles.
So 144 divided by 25 = 5.76%.
Normally, with 144 cycles, you would expect the Battery Health to be at about 94-95%.
