What does fall detection do after falling?

If I fall, Will my watch send my emergency contacts a message? If so, what will be the message? What will my watch send my contacts? I know it’ll call emergency services if I’m immobile for a minute, but I just wanted to let my emergency contacts know if I fall. how do I make it message my emergency contacts before I dial emergency services?
