I just purchased an iPhone 15 pro max and noticed that the charger is exactly the same as an android charger. Would I be able to use an android charger for the phone?

Generally speaking for power blocks, as long as the voltage info is the same and the cord fits you should be good to go. (With iPads you need to make sure the brick is powerful enough, phone chargers usually are not powerful enough for ipads)
I personally would keep to brands I trust and not get cheap no-name stuff off amazon. I've been using an IKEA charging block for years with no issues.
I tried charging my iPhone 15 with an Android charger, but it's not charging properly. Although it shows charging, the battery only increases by 5-6% after 30 minutes. To maintain optimal battery health, I recommend using an Apple charger or an MFI-certified charger, as they ensure safe and efficient charging.
Are you talking about a corded charger or a wireless charger?
