Apple Wallet Barcode Not Detected (Solution)

Two solutions:

1. To fix this issue, I simply added a better light source near the driver's license. I just made sure the light wasn't adding a reflection. It went through the first time after that.
2. Another person took a picture of the back of their license, printed it, and scanned the printed image, which was 200% larger.
