Change of country/region - you cannot change the store front info for your account at this time

Hi guys!

Moved to a different country, have new billing address/bank/bank account.


Trying to change the country ion order to be able to input new bank account info - but it keeps showing me "you cannot change the store front info for your account at this time "


What I have done so far based on ALL apple recommendations :


  1. Have I have checked subscriptons - NONE
  2. I have cancelled iCloud payment plan (still have a week for the next renewal)
  3. I have checked all the emails for apple receipts to double check subscriptions.
  4. I do not have any apple balance - never had!


Still the same - the is like no option for me to change the country.

What should I do next?

Your iCloud plan is a subscription and it still has a week to go. You have to not only cancel subscriptions, you also have to wait for them to fully expire. If you cannot wait, contact Apple and ask them if they can end it early.

Select from the presented options until you find a solution for your issue, or see if there is a chat or phone call contact method offered lower on the page (you sometimes have to narrow down the options multiple times before this is shown).
