Hi there!


You can reset your iPad by going to Settings > General > Reset > Erase all Content and Settings (Reset iPad settings to their defaults - Apple Support).


If you forgot your passcode and have no way of recovery, then you will need a Mac to reset your iPad to factory settings. If you don't have one, you can borrow one from a friend or go to an Apple Store and from what I've heard, they will lend you one there.
