Why is my GCash account not linking to the App Store?

Hi, I am from the Philippines. I want to purchase the latest harvest moon: home sweet home, however I cannot link my gcash account as payment method. I keep on getting stuck with the loading screen. I tried deleting gcash and was able to link my gcash account and then I downloaded gcash app again so I can make the purchase however I still can’t get it to work. App store tells me that my Gcash balance is not enough even though I have more than enough balance to make the purchase. Please help.
