I can't invite people to my Apple Home Hub

So I wasn't able to invite people to my Home Hub because there wasn't the invite button. Instead it said "People invited to your home will need to be on the latest version to accept invitations.". If you could help me with this, I would really appreciate it.

iPhone 14, iOS 17

Share control of your home - Apple Support


  • If Home has been upgraded to the new Home architecture You and the people you invite need the latest version of iOS, iPadOS, or macOS on an Apple device.
  • make sure you’re choosing their Apple ID / iCloud account email.
