does anyone know if there is a limit on how much you can receive via Apple Pay? I won £19,500 on a sports betting website but when they tried to pay it, only £2837 went through.

The limits are based on each countries banking regulations limits on transfers. The funds in the transfer really shouldn’t involve Apple Pay. Generally, transfer go from merchant’s bank to your bank. how specifically is this involving Apple Pay or Apple?
It’s not an Apple Pay issue. It your countries limits on size of transfers. Just have them transfer it directly to your bank account.

My bank said there should be no issue with that size of transfer for them and Apple Pay so I’m thinking it’s possibly an Issue at the merchants end

deposits were made via Apple Pay. You’re right anyway it’s definitely an issue at senders end
