Why is my storage full even when I am paying extra for iCloud?
Why am I paying .99 cents a month for xtra storage. My apple Alexa says my storage is too full.

If you use iCloud Photos, you will see quite a bit of reduction in storage space on your device as it will only store the full high resolution in iCloud until they are needed. If you currently do not have that turned on, you should be using iCloud Sync to free up storage space on your phone.
