Why does the App Store say there is a billing issue when downloading apps?
I can’t download apps on my iPhone because it keeps saying there’s a billing issue. How can i get pass this?

If you haven't yet added a card, then you must do that. If there is a billing issue with a card that has already been added, then contact Apple directly. We don't have access to your account, so will be unable to tell what that issue may be.
