My iPhone 11 charged to 100% last yesterday. Today when I tried to charge it the battery was all over the place maybe because I was using it a lot for checking apps then later listening to Spotify. However today it only charged to 98% at the most for some weird reason.
P.S.: My iPhone 11 is not brand new. I had it for over a year.
Does anyone know why that is happening?

Troubleshooting Low iPhone Charge Percentage:
The iPhone battery will not charge, unless it is plugged in and charging. With lots installed, the charge would be slower. It would also depend on the battery health and how you are suing heal it is charging.. Go Here: iPhone Battery and Performance - Apple Support - Scroll down to "Your battery's maximum capacity". If it is low, then expect it not to fully-charge.
View the Battery Health:
Apple recommends you get a new battery, once the Battery Health reaches 80% or lower. When the Battery Health is 80% or lower, it is time for a new battery.
