iPhone 14 Pro issues with cell service and wifi

iphone 14 pro has poor cell service in areas where everyone else (both android and apple users) has good service. Or the phone will randomly say that it is has no service. I turn on airplane mode and then turn it off, which sometimes will fix the issue after 2 or 3 times. But if I still can’t use the phone for calls, texts, or internet. Then I power off the phone and restart it. Which most of the times fixes the problem.

Another problem I have been having is when connected to wifi the phone will not recieve or make phone calls. in addition to this when i am connected to wifi it is almost impossible to open any website or app the requires internet connection.

the mobile data is turned on. The phone is updated to the current ios update. VPN not connected.
